Returns and Exchanges
With the exceptions noted below, our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are accepted for in-stock products (unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom-order items).
Neck gaiters are non-returnable.
Items purchased from Oct 1st - Dec 25th, are eligible for refund or exchange through Jan 15th of the following year.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend shipping your return to us via insured carrier. If there was an error on our part, we will happily e-mail you a label for return postage. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Because of carriers increase in shipping rates and changes in service, we now offer only UPS shipping. Orders $100 and over ship free.
